Capitala Group was proud to be a corporate hole sponsor for the 2021 Walk the Fairway Golf Tournament benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
We are proud to support the @Navy SEAL Foundation through the organization’s 12th Annual Tampa Bay Frogman Swim. Capitala’s @Hunt Broyhill participated in the event for the sixth time this year as a member of Team Gratitude (2016-17 safety kayaker / 2018-21 swimmer).
Elusive, powerful and intertwined with strong leadership, an organization’s culture is one of the most predictive measures of success. Time and again, we see that our more successful Capitala portfolio companies have a palatable, high-energy culture based on collaboration, support and continual learning. We find those with strong cultures can reach their strategic goals on a more consistent basis.
We are born to be social beings, so it’s only natural that group activities would benefit employees in numerous ways. They encourage camaraderie, boost morale, provide “stress-outlets,” and demonstrate supportive company culture. With this in mind, Capitala began the year with a wellness challenge as part of our 2019 goal to increase health initiatives.
We all know a happy and healthy employee makes the best employee to have so that is why in 2019 the Capitala Crew has made an extra commitment to get healthier as a firm.
