Capitala Group (“Capitala” or the “Company”) announced today that it recently invested $30.0 million to support the acquisition of Vintage Stock, Inc. by Live Ventures Incorporated (Nasdaq:LIVE), a diversified holding company.
Capitala Finance Corp., a business development company managed by Capitala, (Nasdaq:CPTA) invested in $22.5 million of the senior secured debt, with the remaining $7.5 million invested by Capitala Group affiliated funds.
